Check in host was not hospitable. Hotel felt a little "cold" which could have been helped maybe with some different colors on the wall and decor. Breakfast was good for continental style. Surroundings under repair between hotel and airport but did not hinder access. Room was on 6th floor which involved taking two separate elevators. Restaurant/bar staff was attentive.

A/C was broken and room temp was 27°. Floors were damp/sticky; slippers might have helped with this. Restaurant food was quite tasty, though a bit pricey.

Air conditioning was down hotel wide. They said it was a problem all day but did not think to call guests in advance to let them know. Staff at front desk were courteous. We left and went to a different hotel.

This stay exceeded our expectations for an independent hotel. Someone on our trip recommended the hotel restaurant -- and I'm so glad we stopped in! It was one of the most delicious meals we ate all week in PR. Although our stay was brief, it was one I'll remember for convenience, cleanliness and comfort. This was a good value and I would stay here again if I had an early or late flight out of SJU.

An excellent hotel to stay in before an early departure or after a late arrival. I stayed with a team of folks on a missions trip. One of team members had a health issue in the very early morning hours and the hotel staff was excellent in helping us work through the issue. The breakfast was also a great start to the day. Would definitely stay here again…

It was ok for a one night stay before a cruise. Conveniently located if you just plan to go there from air port (you can walk in 10 mins from baggage collection). The pictures definitely make it look nicer than it is and I wouldn’t stay longterm. Especially for the price, we paid close to $400 CAD which is way too much for this property I would say compared to many other hotel stays. Overall though it did the trick for what we needed. Staff were nice

Mis hijos siempre se quedan en el hotel ya que está en el mismo aeropuerto y está perfecto. Yo hago una reservación para salir al otro día mi esposo y yo pero lamentablemente se enfermó fuimos al Dr y le prohibieron viajar llamo inmediatamente para cambiar de fecha y no pido devolución de dinero solo cambio de fecha me indican que no , pagando la multa siguen con no! Expedían hizo todo lo posible y me querían ayudar teniendo una carta de Dr tampoco me la pidieron ! Muy lamentable que el mismo hotel no quizo ayudar en cambio de fecha pagando mi multa!
