"The hospitality at this resort was above and beyond. Roberto, the tour representative was phenomenal. The food in the formal dining was excellent except for the chicken. Always seemed to be overcooked so it was tough but everything else was excellent."

"Playa Azul has a small beach with a beach bar and pool. It’s located between the Westin and Islands beach club. If you are like us and want the same quality of food and beaches as the Westin, but don’t want to pay for it,Playa is the place for you. Clean, quiet, friendly service, our room had a great view. We liked our beach better for the snorkeling we did every day (beach is rocky). Recommend and would stay again "

"We love to stay at the El CID and we’ve stayed here many times. The place is kept very clean and the people are amazing! Things I really like: the snorkeling from shore, the cleanliness, the people, the walkability of the area, and the views from the rooms. Things I don’t particularly like: the humidity is so bad everything in our room felt wet all the time including the bed and the food is not the best. The bed is also not the most comfortable and if the other person moves a little the whole bed moves badly. However, we continue to return time after time for the great atmosphere at the el cid. "

"There is so much to love about Allegro Cozumel. Not fancy but nice. My favorite thing? The beach is perfect. Water crystal clear, no rocks, lots of beautiful fish and exquisite sunsets. Staff is exceptional. Food is good but there could be more options. We have stayed at Allegro many times and do not the new restaurant schedule-only one specialty restaurant open each night and difficult to get a reservation. "

"Great resort to relax. Food is above average compared to other resorts. Not a lot to do besides eat, drink and hang by the pool. Not a lot of socializing. Skip out on Momo, the Japanese restaurant, the rest were great. "
