The resort offers a wide range of activities, from relaxing by the pool to exploring nearby attractions, and the spa was a true highlight—so rejuvenating! Dining options were fantastic, with delicious meals and excellent service. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this resort has it all. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing escape."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Haven Riviera Cancun! The resort is large and spacious, yet the thoughtful design, lush landscaping, and beautifully maintained greenery made it feel very private and serene. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing while still offering opportunities for fun and connection. We opted for the Serenity Club upgrade, and it was worth every bit! From the exclusive areas to the elevated service and amenities, it made our stay feel even more luxurious and personalized. What truly set our experience apart, though, was the staff. Our butler Miguel was beyond amazing – friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile with a great sense of humor. He truly made us feel taken care of all week and added so much joy to our time there. Kevin was another standout – his energy, positivity, and charisma were infectious. He brought life to every moment we shared with him and was a big part of why this trip was so memorable. The staff really made it an extra special trip. From Levi, who served us multiple times with a warm smile and friendly conversation (we even made sure to learn where Levi was serving each day so we could adjust our pool side seating accordingly!), Pedro, who crafted us drinks daily, impressed us with his creativity and sense of humour. And Brenda who was always a burst of excitement, ready to elevate every experience. This resort delivered on every level – service, ambiance, and overall exp"

"I was nervous coming to the hotel after reading some negative comments, but it was wonderful! The staff was friendly and the food didn’t disappoint. The beach was beautiful and overall the experience was great for the price we paid. "

"Our stay at the RIU was delightful, primarily due to the excellent staff who were supper friendly and accommodating. The pools were a highlight, offering a refreshing escape. The on-site restaurants also impressed us with their quality and variety of food. However, the decor featured a bit too much purple for our taste. The only downside was the cleanliness of the chase lounges, which often had food and condiments left behind. Overall, a great experience with room for minor improvements."
