"The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. There was not a spot of dust in site, even the floors were always sparkling. Everything was wonderful with exception to the room needing a bit of TLC (but who's in their room!). I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a lively place to stay in Cancun"
