"This is a wonderful all-inclusive resort for a family. The 6 of us stayed in an ocean front 2 bedroom villa that accommodated everyone comfortably. The restaurants were more than adequate and we enjoyed the meals at La Veranda restaurant with all thwe plentiful offerings they had. The location is very ideal to get to most locations around the Hotel Zone and beyond. Our 5 day stay went by very fast and we're looking to returning again in the future."

"I've never been to a resort that is that clean! WOW! It was sparkling for our entire stay. Really unbelievable!! The food at the buffet was AMAZING. I never thought I'd say that either. Such wonderful choices! The restaurants were hit-and-miss. Asiain was fantastic. The Italian, Elite, and Steak House were OK. We were disappointed in the Mexican. The drinks were fantastic everywhere but especially at the martini bar. The ala cart food choices were fun. Peppes was fun. The night buffet and sports bar food were fun. I was pleased with how many choices there were around the clock. The room service was fantastic. My only complaint was the entertainment crew. They were fun and walking around. But, I felt age-shamed by them. They would walk by the pool or lounge chairs with a volleyball and stop and ask anyone young to come play. Same thing with promoting the theme parties. We play league volleyball at home and love playing in the pool. We've even coached junior leagues. Apparently, we didn't have the right look—same thing with the theme parties. We brought attire to wear to all of the themes and were looking forward to some of the DJs. We would walk by them in their attire and they would say "hi" but stop the "young" people and tell them all about it. So, no one would want to join something they aren't invited to. At 50, I felt like I was of typical/average age compared to the other guests during the time of my stay. It sucked to be made to feel old, especially on vacation. "

"Grand Fiesta was a perfect choice for my family. The restaurants are all delicious, La Jolla, the sushi bar, teppanyaki, pool side plates, Isla Contoy was also a great choice to have lunch or early dinner. The best part of the resort was It has the most clear and shallow beach amongst all resorts. The beach is beautiful and very children friendly for playing in the ocean and the sand. I’ve been to other new hotel before I visited Grand Fiesta but my favorite was Grand Fiesta, and I am certainly going to visit again."

"Loved the beach and pools as well as the dining options. Only complaint is the loud music that goes very late at night. Perhaps end music by 10 pm with the exception of special occasions like New Year's?"
