Service, cleanliness, and food were excellent. The rooms were nice besides our balcony being tiny compared to others. We couldn’t even sit on our balcony. The kids pool with the water slides were targeted for older kids. The pool floor was slippery for younger kids. Main water slides were under construction and didn’t say when we booked. A la carte restaurants and taco bar by pool were really good. Overall, good resort despite a few small drawbacks and would come back again.

Visited in Dec 2024, and it was a great family trip. Shout out to the amazing staff that makes all the difference. They work hard to make your stay comfortable and pleasent. The servers and chefs at the restaurants were supportive to our special “vegetarian” meal requests especially Viaggio. The candy shop and coffee shop staff is great with kids. Lots of activities and entertainment. The only disappointment was theres no arcade usage for 10 yr olds and a play area for toddlers to use any time of the day would have been good. There are time restrictions for kids to play with family.

I thought the property was ok, but food options were limited and my friend got food poisoning. Other issues are… I paid for an ocean view upgrade and they tried to stick me in a room with an extremely limited view…the view was of a palm tree and the pool. Also, there is heavy soliciting in the lobby area and the pool area. Without exaggeration I was asked about a massage 10 to 15 times a day. If I need a massage, I’ll ask for it. I don’t need to be harassed all day.

Lobby was full of solicitors for add on services. On a daily basis, you’re approached at least 5-10 times to buy something. They roam the lobby, pool area, and lobby bar and sometimes the same person is asking you multiple times. Also, there were no areas, including the premium bar on the 6th floor, that were adults only.

The entire staff is extremely friendly and most professional - they all made us feel at home. The food is also delicious, the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious - I definitely recommend the resort and will be returning again with my family -

This property was immaculate and clean. The drawback and it is not the property fault it is meant for families with small children. The second thing I have to point out is the food was average and boring, except for the Mexican restaurant. The staff was super nice but hardly anything to do, so much so it was better to stay in the room. Would I be back to this property I would say no.

We (2 families, 5 ppl each) have just spend a week at this resort. We choose this resort due to somewhat satisfactory user reviews, competitive overall price and nice beachfront. Overall, we've had great experience, the beachfront was indeed good and free of sea weed with plenty of chairs available. Kid's pool, ship replica and kids entertainment area was quite nice. Food selection was great but the hamburgers were the best I've ever had! Drinks selection was also great including expensive liquors. Free Wi-Fi internet and coverage were excellent across the resort. Entertainment was good and interesting. Cons: 1. Daily massage offers were excessive and expensive, well above our price target; at $70/person for an hour massage, 4 people in my group would have gone for it. 2. Night music entertainment extends until almost 11pm which is disturbing for rooms facing the area; should end at 10pm.
