"When come Cancun, I stay here. Inexpensive Clean and Decent Area. I had challenge with room, A/C wasn’t strong and door didn’t lock properly. But spoke with receptionist and took care of it quickly. They gave me a better room with outdoor balcony and WiFi access room. It’s quiet clean room with good restaurant and across from yaught dock to canal with little tropical fish come by. Very safe clean area and walking distance to street to get bus. It’s perfect cause don’t spend a lot time in room....

"This is paradise! The entire resort is amazing. The number of pools and cabanas and food/drink options are outstanding. Everywhere you turn there is another nook of something amazing, like a crepe station or swings at the beach level bar! And the staff are excellent and so welcoming and friendly. We were well taken care of!"
