"This property is immaculately clean, and so beautiful. We upgraded to the Elite Club, and in my opinion, it was totally worth the cost. I loved the view of the ocean, the stunning property pools and landscape, and the cabana with an upgraded bar, and a quiet upgraded lounge and restaurant. The rooms smelled so good, very new. The staff, especially for the Elite Club was so friendly, and the service in all the restaurants was really fast. Most staff spoke good english, and responded quickly to room requests. I usually don't like buffets, but the food was high quality with tons of variety, some cooked right to order. I would stay here again, but do the Elite Club every time, if possible. The party scene was over at the sister property, the Riu Santa Fe, a short 4 minute walk through the gated property, where there was the classic Cabo rave party vibe. It was pretty tame at the Riu Baja, especially at night, so that was nice when we wanted to walk the grounds or sleep. Me and my fiance had an amazing week-long trip here and will be back!"

"We loved every minute of it! The grounds are beautiful and there’s so much to see and do, you truly don’t have to leave the resort. Donny & Memo were a joy to work with and treated us like family. We always had fast and friendly service everywhere we went. My only complaint is that room service is very slow, easily an hour wait or more. . Other than that, we loved it and are already planning our next trip. "
