"Excellent property to consider in budget and very very close to main beaches of Hotel Zone. I'd say location is a great factor to consider this property. All good restaurants were just 5 mins drive away and Lagosta beach where we took our ferry to Isla Mujeres was also close to 5-7 mins away.
