"My husband and I started in this hotel for 2 nights and we loved it. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. This is a clean, charming hotel in the relatively quiet area. It is convenient enough to get anything from a nice cafe for breakfast to rental bike store. Strong WIFI, new AC and hot shower are all helpful. "

"My only issue was that there was no signage and I arrived on New Year's Eve and there was no attendant. There, as in most of Mexico, was no number on the outside of the building so there was no way to confirm I was at the correct place. There was also a sign on the door directing you to enter on another street which also had no signage. Eventually i knocked loudly and the staff person came to the rescue. Other days staff was at the reception door as you would expect. All else was as advertised...

"very clean. beautiful views. quiet as it’s set further away down tulum party beach zone. free beach access through ether but minimum $30 usd min spend to use beds/pool etc. didn’t use these and chose to seek out more lively beach clubs."

Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. Luckily we found some other places to stay but we had to book 2 different hotels because it was busy everywhere. The guy behind the desk wasn't very...

"Belle propriete apaisante si vous cherchez a etre immergé dans la jungle .. Assez dur a trouver et organisation pas top mais qui s’ameliorera avec le temps.. Il faut aimer la nature et les insectes . Le personnel est tres gentil et l’environnement apaisant. Je vous conseille d’appeler pour confirmer votre reservation avant d’y aller. Les chambres sont tres jolies. Les lits confortables"
