Hotel is very nice very clean, Staff are helpful,polite, excellent location, close the Nipprio station,We have buffet breakfast in the hotel for the all time when we stayed,if the buffer manu has changed a bit each day, will be better!

1. The noise from lift machine room is quite annoying specially at bedtimes, I was at 14/f 2. No access control of lift calling, everyone can get to upper hotel room floors 3. The toilet is raised, no basin cabinet or top and is very small, not convenient to use 4. The water from shower tap was running pretty low flow 5. The concierge counter told me not to adjust the A/C control. it's central control.
