I loved having the electric carts to take people all over not only our resort but to other resorts of the same company in the immediate vicinity as well. Gave us a much wider choice of restaurants than if we stayed at just the one resort.

Been to several all inclusives in the Riviera Maya...this is one our entire family agreed to return to again. The staff does go above and beyond from the 24 hr room service, towel service, bus boys, shuttle crew to name a few. Steakhouse was phenomenal. The show Origen was very entertaining.

I absolutely love this resort! The staff are amazing, so many options and places to explore. The excursions offered were more than what I could have asked for.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! They advertise that there is a night club on the property but there isn't! Many people were disappointed because of that. The "nightclub" is just the outside area of the hacienda with a dj. Love that you can resort hop. Food is better at coba than at Akumal.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much ! The staff were excellent! I lost my purse at one point and they ensured it was located and returned to me:) The food at this all inclusive is top notch and the restaurant selection was also great ! The property was extremely well kept ! We will be booking again!
