We decided to go again june 2025 and it didnt disappoint.. great customer service, there's lots to do at the resort no need to get out of there. We will be back! "

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely kind—it really made us feel at home. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. We especially loved where we stayed in Akumal; it was the perfect mix of comfort and charm. The buffet food was surprisingly good (we went back for seconds more than once!) and they always had fun activities planned every day, which kept things exciting and fresh. Mind you, we came during low season, so it wasn’t crowded at all, which was perfect for us. The only small downside (which is completely out of the resort’s control) was that we didn’t realize it was seaweed/algae season, so the beach wasn’t really accessible. But that’s just the weather and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time. We would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and memorable getaway."

"This property is beautiful! I loved how the rooms are in villas. This makes your stay feel private and exclusive. The butlers went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. Fernanda was out expedia butler and she made the whole week magical! She did an amazing job and made our choice to book through expedia even more rewarding! We were greeted with champagne and macaroons in our room and roses on the bed. The food was great and there is no shortage of different places to try. The grill by the pool was a favorite! We enjoyed walking around the property on the boardwalks and the beach. We loved the stay from the beginning to the end."
