"I arrived at Holiday Inn Brent Cross to find the doors locked. Staff let me in and confirmed that all reservations had been transferred to Holiday Inn, Wembley, but this had not been communicated ahead of my trip and I had no choice but to accept the transfer. When I arrived at the Wembley Hotel, my room was a twin and not a double as booked. I requested a different room but the hotel was full. "The host was nice and helpful. The flat was small, but it was all we needed. If you're visiting, you shouldn't spend much time in the flat anyway. The shower was smaller than anticipated, and at the time of rental, had a friendly shower curtain that stuck to you as you bathed. A different material would likely prevent this."
