"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."

"This property is a solid 3-star hotel, as expected, but the location is wonderful. It’s quiet and a bit tucked away but very close to many transit options. Front desk staff is wonderful, room staff less so. Our room was not made up one day, despite sign being up for most of the day until 11 pm, but we were given free late checkout in compensation, so fair enough."

"A tiny room with no air conditioner working. Very clean though and quiet along with its great location. Marvellous breakfast. Good WiFi. Strange system for hot water in the shower (I think it was broken). Excellent price."

"We had a delay at check in as our room wasn’t ready. We were offered free non-alcoholic drinks at the bar and also a room upgrade which we chose not to accept as it didn’t suit required number of beds for our family. The staff were super helpful and breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had any of the extensive hotels we have visited, so fresh and piping hot. "
