"Excellent hotel, would recommend"

"Great hotel, great service and good location near Hyde Park. I liked being able to walk out the hotel and go running in Hyde Park. The room also had an amazing view over Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Despite the area being busy, it was very quiet. The hotel was fairly close to to tube stops so getting around London from the hotel wasn’t an issue. "

"Great location/base to explore London. Clean hotel with wonderful breakfast. They were very helpful when i needed to change my room. I had made 2 consecutive bookings (extended my trip) but was unable to book the same room. They were very helpful in allowing me to stay in the same room for no extra cost. Lost my keys and they helped with no questions. "

"In this area, definitely represents value for money. I appreciate the privacy option for whether or not one wants the room serviced & think it helps to be more ecofriendly. Only gets a 4 on this count because of the plastic travel sized toiletries.My room did overlook the railway tracks and were I a light sleeper I might have been disturbed by this."

Concierge was so helpful and we very close to the tube and the hop on hop off bus stop. Loved the restaurants and the coffee shop next to the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!"
