"The staff was so helpful and kind. We were exhausted after our long flight and they helped us get baggage downstairs, reserved dinner seats for us, and were over all just great. The accommodations are pretty basic but clean and well located if you need to leave from St. Pancras-literally up two buildings and across the road."
