"My son, i, and my mum came to stay for two nights, my son and i staying for one night, due to an operation at St Mary's in London. On arrival we had a lovely welcoming from the manager, who was lovely , helpful and attentive. Then carried all our bags up for us. The rooms were clean, tudy and fresh. On leaving the next morning the manager helped calm my sons nerves. He then took a great deal of care helping my Mum, logged her on the hotels wifi, as she struggled, and gave her advice abiut where to eat etc. We would definitely stay here again, as rooms reasonable, and service fantastic.
