"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."

"This hotel is a great place to use, the service was 10 out of 10 so the the room, the shower I wanted to take home as it was wonderful. The room was clean and so quite, considering we are next to a main road, we did not hear anything from outside! The breakfast in the morning was cooked just right, the only problem I have with the breakfast is that it don't come with tinned tomato's or fried mushrooms! those two items make a full breakfast! please add them to the buffet! "

"My stay at this hotel was perfect. The staff was very helpful at all times. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the food was consistent every day. The rooms were fine, cleaned everyday...the beds were super comfortable. It is situated in a convenient location to use a variety of public transportation. It was a great base for our trip throughout southern England."

"It was in an excellent location to use as a home base for discovering London. We used public transportation including the Thames Uber boat. The restaurant was nice and even had gluten free options for my wife. Our view of the Tower Bridge from our room was spectacular. When we arrived the safe in our room was locked, so we had to ask for assistance getting it open. The gentleman (Richard) was on it in a flash! He was courteous and enjoyable to talk with. We will stay here in the future of on the area."

"Spacious rooms. Clean. Quiet. Gym could be bigger. Direct access to Victoria train station which was convenient in the cold and rain. Staff were very helpful. The Soak restaurant on the property was excellent too."
