We upgraded to the River View and was so pleased with the view of The Thames River and city lights outside our window. Everything from the bed linens, shower/tub combo, heated bathroom floor, bar on-site to the wonderful doorman Parzez! We walked to the National Gallery in less than 6 minutes. So location was just right! What a beautifully restored hotel in the City of Westminister. I look forward to a return trip. "

"Well, it was a very busy hotel, the staff was very efficient and the accommodations were nice. Be prepared to wait a while to check in during busy times. Also, it isn’t easily accessible to the airport. It’s quite a walk."

The Staff was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, professional and it was apparent that all employees we spoke with and dealt with Front Desk, Dining Room, Room Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Management - that everyone enjoyed their job. Location was Great and having direct access to Victoria Station was a Huge Bonus. We will be back and definitely be recommending to others."
