"This was a Brilliant hotel, we got a room upgrade on arival, and the free mini bar was amazing. The bed was comfy and the room was massive. Its right bang in the middle of everything. Queens stree train station is next door and lots of places ro eat and drink around. The breakfast was expensive so we ate else where. But over all a very nice hotel."

"We started our anniversary trip in a different hotel and had such a horrible time after 1 1/2 days we switched in the middle of the night to here. We explained to the night manager and staff what happened and they practically jumped over the desk to help us- they gave us extra goodies and escorted us to our room to make sure everything was perfect. We could not have been happier & have declared we are only staying DoubleTrees going forward. "

"The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet, considering the hotel is beside Heathrow Airport. The rooms were maintained to a good standard and clean. The hotel is in good condition, and the gym facilities suffice. "

"It’s a very simple hotel, excellent for a night before flying out of Heathrow. They charge extra for parking and breakfast. The shuttle runs every hour and costs about 8 pounds. We walked 2 blocks and took the public bus that runs every 10 minutes or less. You can use the lines 222, SL9, 278, 285, or 105. It’s 1.5 Pounds. "

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. I would definitely stay again but maybe not choose the breakfast as an add on as wasnt to my taste/ standard. Lots to see and do around.room was lovely and although we were next to kitchen vent/ extractor fan it didn't keep us awake. Would recommend!! "
