"The studio was super comfy and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything to make a basic meal. You're right next to queen street station, so don't have to go far. Also super easy to get in and out, with your own unique code. TV is SMART. The shower was great too (although the lights are motion sensor and switch off every 5 mins!) Note: the walls are VERY thin. Unfortunately there was a lot of serious arguing that we could hear from those staying in the apartment next door through all hours of...

We were literally close to all the tourist spots like Buckingham Palace, London Eye, museums, shopping, pubs, restaurants, transportation, and culture. Staying in this 2 bedroom flat gave each of us space and made our stay so much more comfortable. A beautiful flat with all the amenities you will need. "

"Great location in Notting Hill, right across from Portebello street market. The bathroom was tiny! This is a great place if you are a seasoned traveler and do not require access to a front desk for questions, directions or issues with the property as there’s no one on location if something comes up. "

"The place was lovely, and looks very high standard. However the man at reception is very grumpy, condescending, passive aggressive and frankly rude. He made me feel like a nuisance for arriving earlier than I originally said, spoke to me like a child who's never used a fob or a door key before. "

"There is construction near the facility and every morning I was woken up by the noise. The heat inside the dorm was super hot and I don’t know how to lower the heat. One good thing was that I was able to check in earlier than the regular time because the room was ready, however, it doesn’t seem like the staffs know that the website offered to drop off luggage at the place before check in hours. I was there 5 hrs early but didn’t know where to leave my luggage and it was raining at that time. "

"Beautiful room, though no fridge but kept window open. Toilet rad boiling but maintenance fixed this immediately.would stay again but maybe a quieter room further back from road. Safe in room, lovely big telly, comfy bed, tea coffee sugar, biscuits and little milks left for us. Gorgeous Arran toiletries..Nice gardens, and a wee fun putting green too. "
