"The property is in a very nice area. The staff is tremendous. Be aware there is no AC at this property and the rooms were quite warm "

"We booked here at short notice due to a flight cancellation and needing to be at the ststion nesrby early morning. We were impresssed with whst we found so central and at a realatively good price. The room was smallish but had a compact bathroom . Tea and coffee making was also a bonus in this room. There was also shower gel and shampoo which was mosst welcome as we had lost our luggage. Staff on reception were helpful too."

"Great place to stay in London, especially for a quick trip and you’re travelling light. Close to Kings Cross and St Pancras, and quick access to many places to eat. Staff were helpful and checkin/checkout was easy. Room and building were clean. Only drawback is the school close by which generates a decent amount of noise but it’s usually for a short while. Glad to have stayed here and will definitely return next time we’re passing through London! "

"Bad location and accessibility. No space to drive up to entrance so had to drag my suitcases to entrance and then also up a flight of stairs. Had to take stairs to get to reception; no elevator. "
