"I was very impressed with the hotel. The gentleman on check in, was polite and offered to help with our luggage. The room was a twin en suite and it had all we needed. It was very warm. The curtains did a good job of keeping the room dark to sleep in. It was a little noisy in the morning from the road outside but only because we had the window open a little. The location was brilliant - so close to Kings Cross which was amazing for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants and eateries close to the hotel and a small Morrisons daily for any essentials that you may have forgotten. Overall a really pleasant stay and the room was very clean. The only slight negative is it would have been great to have a couple of towels each and one larger one- but other than that tiny point- I was really pleasantly surprised and would stay here again."

"Staff were attentive and courteous. We upgraded and used the Chambers Lounge which was a great experience. The food, drinks and breakfast in this lounge were plentiful. We went to the Station Bar in the evening which had a great atmosphere although the drinks are a little pricey, but well worth a visit if you are staying here."
