Only one of two rooms booked was ready at 3pm check in. Because we were booked for Afternoon Tea at 3.30pm we all had to squeeze into one bedroom to wash and change. Rooms were not as booked ie both had 2 singles instead of one double. Considering the price we paid this is not acceptable.

From the moment you arrive you are made to feel you belong and nothing is too much trouble. The building is so beautiful and opulent. Like stepping back to grander times. I recommend the Sunday roast at the booking office

Returning to the St Pancras Renaissance was a welcomed treat. The property is stunning and the room has a grandeur not experienced in contemporary hotels. The staff were warm and helpful. We look forward to enjoying the hotel in the future.
