"Positives: Very close to train stations, walkable distance and flat for walking with luggage etc. Taxi from Euston was only £10, which was quite reasonable. Service was amazing, we turned up at hotel to drop luggage as it was 3 hrs before check in time and they said there was an available room, which we were extremely grateful of after a long journey. Room service was good and fast, even though they said they were really busy and there may be a wait. I dropped my wedding ring down the sink...

"We booked a room there with our 2 children to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had the nice surprise of being upgraded to the Royal Suite which was absolutely fantastic. The staff at reception was extremely nice and helpful, and gave us access to the lounge while our room was getting ready. Breakfast was amalzing too. All in all, a stay that we will remember for a very long time! "

"Overall a decent hotel - the room had good amenities and staff were all helpful. The free drink at the bar was a nice touch! Location is super handy for Euston station which is great. However, the room was a little bit tired and pretty small, we found there really wasn’t much room to put anything down. There was also some temporary traffic lights outside heading to/ from the main road that meant there was lots of cars hooting at all times of day - the windows were actually reasonably sound...

"Still my goto property. Been there more than 25 times or so but on my last trip, it was pretty chilly outside and it seems like the thermostat in the rooms have a ceiling so I was unable to get the room nice and toasty. So if it's cold outside, perhaps another hotel would be better"
