They are going through renovations but the makeshift checkin center/desk was convenient and nice. We will probably stay there again because the Heathrow express goes directly to Paddington, making the transfer to and from Heathrow really easy."

He’s warm, accessible and into the details. The hotel itself is ideally located right on top of Charing Cross station.
