The hotel is very convenient, it's a 1 min walk from the metro station and a 2 min walk from the very vibrant shopping streets. definitely having the cumberland as my go to hotel whenever im in london. ps: pillows aren't very comfy to sleep on"

"we stayed one week at Clermont. The building is well maintained, clean rooms, quiet. The food menu for breakfast is the standard that you can find. Something that you need to consider is that some floors do not have direct access to the lift, you need to use the stairs to get to the lift. Great location if you want to move around the city using the underground since the Victoria station is right there next to the hotel, and also the main stop for some city routes, many options if you want to eat outside, they are close to many restaurants and pubs. "

"The location was super close to the train station and all kinds of foods and stores. The staff was SO KIND. Like truly welcoming. The room was small but had everything we needed- fridge, water kettle, heater, bed, window, shower and toilet. It was very clean as well! It was exactly what we needed and we will stay there again!
