"The property, rooms and amenities of the hotel are incredible. The service is out of this world. If you want to forget about everything for a few days and relax don't hesitate, just book. The only BIG downside was the amount of seaweed in the beach (this was in August). They did what they could but some days it was just impossible to swim in the sea."
"Our first time in Cancun and we loved this resort! Delicious food, great views, wonderful staff and great evening shows! Went with the entire family, group of 17! Would definitely go back! Very family friendly! Easy to walk from one place back to the rooms which is great when you have young kiddos! Lots of little pools for toddlers to swim in as well as a kids area! "
