The staff and property location are the strengths. Overall it has gone downhill since 2022 when Kempinski took over and even more so since last year. Club lounge food - whilst of good quality - is repetitive and lacking in imagination. It needs a good overhaul. Cabanas aren’t all in use and cordoned off. It’s a shame when it cd be so much better. Staff are great though

The staff, grounds, and food were amazing. This is a 5-star hotel. It was literally the best experience of luxury I've ever had!
