"Any time we visit New Orleans Crowne Plaza is our spot to stay. We normally enjoy and can’t wait to be back. This time around was a little different started off with no Valet parking we understand that it may had been a little more packed then usual but no kind of effort on giving us a time frame on when it would be available. We were instructed to do self parking 4-6 blocks away from the hotel. Only one Elevator was working on the Alexa tower And it took a good 5 minutes."
