A beautiful courtyard and pool area. You would never know Bourbon Street was right outside the door. Very convenient to numerous world renowned restaurants.

Staff did their job, but weren't overly welcoming or friendly throughout the stay. The rooms were lovely, but small (it is the FQ though). The bedroom looked like it had been recently renovated, but the bathrooms could use an update. The convenience and location of this hotel can't be beat. . .you are in the heart of the Quarter. The bar has terrific cocktails and live jazz at night. I did appreciate the complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning!

Room was not cleaned very well. Had hair on towels. Moved ice bucket and you could see what the counter was supposed to like. Party’s went till 3am Saturday night outside window so be aware if you are a light sleeper.

Purchase a one night stay at the last minute due to miscommunication on flight departure. Step out onto balcony at night and look at the St Louis. Noise from Bourbon isn’t a problem and if it is then you shouldn’t be in the Quarter, it eventually gets quiet and the morning is French and clean. The staff was amazing and the bar tender that night gave us a little extra frozen drink from the blender when he made too much. Make sure you check out the old book store across the street literally jammed packed with very old books almost 100 yrs old for sale. You won’t be disappointed.

A nice hotel in a good spot, but let down by bad reception staff. I was told I was in the wrong room, so re-packed, only to be told they just needed a new deposit as they had messed up their administration. Also this hotel doesn't respect VIP status, so no upgrades offered. Room was nice, but window slats were broken, so hard to keep the light out.

Definitely overpriced, but it is a great spot in French quarter. Rooms are small and simple. Bathrooms are really nice. However, no shower door or curtain makes for cold showers. Valet was great! Very clean. Staff was nice. Housekeeper woke me up 2 hours before check out and asked when we would leave and I said at check out time and she stood there and stared at me. So I said what time is check out? She answered and I said that’s when the room will be empty. She continued to stand there staring at me. So I finally just shut the door. It was very uncomfortable as it seemed like she wanted us out of the room. I wouldn’t stay there again, but only because of the pricing and being made to feel unwelcome by the housekeeper. It was safe and comfortable.

Great location! Within walking distance of Jackson Square and several fine dining options! Our coffee machine was broken, safe was broken, not enough trash cans, makeup mirror was terrible and no hot water

My room was the main feature of this trip. Loft bed and bathroom, wonderful views from my balcony. It is an amazing hotel. It's also at a very centralized spot. It's in the middle of everything. Short walks everywhere you want to go. I stayed here a few day on my first trip to NOLA, then moved to different hotels. My second trip, I tried another spot. Never again will I stray from the "Bourbon Orleans". It is the destination for my New Orleans adventures. Love it!!!
