I booked a 1 king bed room and was provided a double bed room. As the front desk auditor that was working stated that things are done before she gets to work. If I booked through a third party she would need to see confirmation to change the rooms. I’ve used Expedia multiple times and I’ve never had this experience where the reservation was not in the system.

I loved this hotel! It was luxury and whimsy in perfect measure. The staff was above and beyond helpful and friendly. The property is such an easy walk to the French Quarter and an easy streetcar ride to Audubon Park. The perfect place to stay for my college reunion!

Absolutely LOVED this hotel! We came for Taylor Swift and the staff was out of this world. Every single person was so accommodating and helpful for anything we needed. The hotel also is breathtakingly beautiful!

My first time visiting New Orleans. Le Pavillon New Orleans exceeded all the expectations. The staff at the hotel were very professional, the front desk reservation staff I should’ve written her name, was very kind and helpful. She helped me with printing the paperwork. Le Pavillon Has always been one of our go to hotels when visiting New Orleans… Unfortunately, we have noticed a bit of an issue lately with maintenance. As the hotel has aged, perhaps not enough money has been spent to keep everything as it should be . (As an example we spent three nights at the property, and one of the two elevators was broken for two out of three of our nights… Given that we were on the eighth floor that was a bit of a challenge at times . Additionally one of our nightstand drawer pulls was broken off , effectively making one of the few storage drawers unavailable ) The hotel is such a beautiful property, in a great location and with friendly staff, so I am really hoping to see better upkeep going forward so that we will continue to want to stay at this beautiful property !
