"this is definitely what I would consider a luxury hotel. the room was absolutely gorgeous, bed was very comfortable. & was so clean, and we were so impressed. staff was so very friendly and helpful. parking and check in / check out was a breeze. location was perfect and hotel was very quiet. they had a crib available for our daughter and brought it right to our room. will def stay again!"

"I love the staff here! They were all so friendly, accommodating, and helpful to my sister and I. I am disabled and my sister has stage 4 cancer. The bellhop treated us like royalty, and it made our stay so special. I didn’t realize the hotel was haunted when I booked it. Don’t worry, they are friendly ghosts, and add to the ambience! I slept like a baby in those comfy beds. The hotel is old. Just know things in the room aren’t going to be modern and perfect. The location is the real win. It is just around the block from Bourbon Street. I’m coming back, and I’m staying here next time! I had such a great stay! "

"I loved the old style charm that this property has. The only downside was that the pool was closed because it was raining. I guess I just didn’t really feel like it needed to be closed for rain when you’re going to get wet in the pool anyway lol"

"We loved how close to Bourbon Street and Canal street we were but was very quiet in our room. The whole hotel including the carpets were very clean. Everyone there was amazing to talk to and very welcoming. Also the fact that while in our room we felt like we had our own apartment with the little living room separate from the bedroom. We would definitely stay again. "
