"this is definitely what I would consider a luxury hotel. the room was absolutely gorgeous, bed was very comfortable. & was so clean, and we were so impressed. staff was so very friendly and helpful. parking and check in / check out was a breeze. location was perfect and hotel was very quiet. they had a crib available for our daughter and brought it right to our room. will def stay again!"

"After a long day of travel the staff was able to give us an early check in and it made a world of difference. The room was perfect and they fixed an issue with the tv in less than 5 minutes. Beds were great and we even returned to the same hotel a week later to ask them to get us a cab as we were on a cruise. The gentleman went across the street just to make sure we were on time. Great staff. Great experience."

"This great property could use more attention. Weeds along Burgundy side & the front needs some TLC. Staff woke us up setting up breakfast. Someone was upset with their man & ranting incredibly loud. I turned on the TV & couldn't hear it over the noise. I texted the desk, the noise stopped but no acknowledgement or I'm sorry. We were locals needing a place to stay during the process of selling our house. People In NO are so friendly but not tour staff. Not the best representation of the good...
