Service was 5 stars. The only thing I suggest is to make sure your room is not next to elevator or facing the river side. Ferry EARLY morning horns will awake you and you will not be able to go back to sleep. Elevator going up and down feels like a train is passing by constantly.

I absolutely loved my stay! The room was beautiful with a great view on the 33rd floor and the travel credit allowed me to do multiple walking tours and explore New Orleans deeper than I planned to. I will be back.
