"The dining options and quality of food were great. We enjoyed the flexibility of the buffet. It should be stressed more at check in, or booking even, the need for restaurant reservations. It is more of a necessity than a recommendation. The resort app was easy to use and worked well for room service and mini bar refills. The bell staff were always friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job. For evening entertainment, the Tequila Shot Band was excellent! "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental Presidente in Cozumel. Amazing beach with a reef that was as active as others around the island. The food onsite was stellar and the access to town was quick. My room was spacious and very comfortable. Wish I never left! "

"Beautiful small resort though kind of a maze getting around. Cute rooms, good food,great staff!!! I was stung by a jelly fish and staff cleaned my blisters every night - Entertainment was really good and the entertainment manager, who's name unfortunately escapes me :-( was AWESOME!!! If you smoke there are designated areas only and STRICTLY enforced. Lots of animal interaction, coatis, wild pigs, cats (which they have a nice sanctuary for) flamingos, iguanas. Nice pools. We would love to go back. Thank you :-)"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. I was a little nervous from some of the reviews, but our room was amazing. We did the junior suite ocean view. Our room ended up having a leak and they switched our rooms and both rooms were great. The food was pretty good. We loved our excursions and especially our one with Tiger in Cozumel. Definitely ask about it, if you go. This resort is a little outdated in some places, but it was relaxing and overall a great time. "

"Great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. The Explorean does not have TVs in the room (part of the living experience) but has solid wi-fii- throughout the Exlorean and Fiesta Americana resourt areas. Hospitality, food and service were great - all with way from the reception team to the various restaurant experiences ( Asian, Italian, Mexican, Cevecheria, and quick order foods). Highly recommend this all inclusive resort. Also, include with the Explorean package were great daily activities (snorkeling, bike ride to a lagun, tequila tasting, visit to beach park with live seal show, buggy drives around the island, and shopping."
