"Excellent experience at the Iberostar which was a host hotel for the Ironman. It was an excellent experience and the staff were very polite at all times. Good was great as well! They opened the breakfast at 4am on the morning of the race - and the staff were just as pleasant! Highly recommend the resort - it’s a great experience with “jungle” vibe and animals. "

"This was our 1st vacation alone (without kids) and we was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. After arrival we put all the not so good reviews in the rear view mirror, and had a fantastic time. Thats not to say that there was some things that we did not care for, however nothing that would cause for a not so favorable review. Most of the restaurants were fantastic, tho not a big fan of the “buffet style” that was offered at a couple spots. Staff was amazing and very friendly....

"Miguel and other staffs are very nice. Location is convenient, you can walk around the downtown. Restaurants, dive shops, pharmacy and souvenir shops are walking distance. Easy to get taxi from the property. I came for diving and the room has lots of hanger to dry my stuff. Cons: pillows and duvet cover kind of stink like they haven’t been washed in a while. Overall the property is great."
