"Love the convenient location, quiet environment, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable beds & pillows, comprehensive amenities and the AMAZING breakfast buffet! There was an issue with some flickering beside lights but everything else was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again! "

"A few front desk staff is not overly friendly with non-Japanese speaking guests. I asked why there is no cold water in the room and a chubby lady with hair tied back (usually on night shift) impatiently told me to drink warm water from the tap. Her attitude towards foreigners will be a reason for me to think twice next time I book when coming to Japan again. My hat off to the cleaning lady who clean my room immaculately and treat me courteously even we don’t speak the same language. But...

"Their services, amenities, room and location was great ! We enjoyed Japanese style bathroom and toilet inside room so much ! Also it is close to Sensoji area, we enjoyed sightseeing and restaurant as well."
