"Overall very pleased with the neighborhood which is safe, very well kept, clean, orderly and not busy. Walking distance to all the metro lines. Excellent complimentary breakfast every morning. No issues with indoor air quality and temperature in the rooom; it was just a tight space but very clean. Room was complete with the necessities expected by an international traveller, such as tea, desk and chair, seating area, closets, etc. Excellent option for a family with children. "

"This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again."

"I loved my first visit to a ryokan and the staff really were lovely and so helpful ! They went to a lot of trouble to get me a room so I booked an extra night. The breakfast was delicious and I used the onsen and lounge every night - unfortunately the Jazz lounge was closed due to The national holiday so I will be back ! Not too far from the station and and easy walk and lots of wonderful guitar shops and ski / sport shops in the area. So quiet but close to everything. Thank you ! "

"This was an excellent hotel. Perfect location within walking distance to Tokyo, Otemachi, and Kanda stations. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was that the bed and pillows were very hard, but we still give it 5 stars and would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Japan."

"This is a nice hotel located about 200 m from the nearest subway access, and two more subway access within 400 m. Rooms are small, bed very firm, with high tech toilet (heated seat, bidet etc...). Breakfast is Japanese style. No early check in, however baggage can left in lobby. At no charge. Semi private sitting area at front of hotel. Staff couldn't do enough to help you out."
