"This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again."

"The free room upgrade wasn't available, but I wasn't disappointed. I'm used to it. Many hotels offer a complimentary room upgrade, but I believe it's just a lure to attract customers. They always say, "Sorry, we don't have available rooms." In any case, the view from the room in this hotel was incredible. The window was huge, from floor to ceiling, giving me a sense of openness. I saw Tokyo Tower, Mt. Fuji, the Japanese garden of the hotel, and the state guest house from the room. "
