"I did a solo trip for my 30th birthday & I stayed at Riu Baja California. My stay was beyond amazing. The staff was so kind and courteous… it’s someone cleaning nonstop everywhere you go, so very clean! Food was amazing, beautiful views, great weather all week. My overall experience was a 10/10! Would definitely visit again!"

"The location is the best! You get the best beachfront and you get the best of the tourist town. Friendly and helpful staff. I would not get the all inclusive next time, since there are so many food and drink options near-by. But the service was fine, and the included options are fine. Having only one beer choice was possibly the worst aspect of the all inclusive. The rest.. not spectacular, but acceptable and practical. The common areas feel small for the amount of people they receive, but again... not a deal-breaker. I had a pleasant stay. I got a free balinese bed for booking with Expedia and some delicious macaroons. That was a nice surprise. "

"This is a very relaxing and chill property, very clean and overall well kept. It is a bit outdated; you can definitely tell there are some 'landlord specials' covering up some items that should probably just be replaced. Also wish the pool was a bit bigger as it gets pretty packed. However, the beach is beautiful and taken care of. Good resort if your main focus is to relax and enjoy the beach. Extra points for having their own mini Cancun sign!"
