"The hotel and the staff met all my family expectations, the buffet was good and all restaurants were on point. The room and pool areas were clean, the staff was always cleaning and providing red carpet treatment to all of us. Definitely we are coming back, Highly recommended!! They have Activities for kids and adults, excursions for a price, currency exchange in the lobby area. The only thing: you have to pay a fee in Mexican pesos or card when you check in (they don’t accept usd dollars) so be ready in case you don’t want to use your card there. But like I said: highly recommended "
