"Amazing experience and service was outstanding!! Our flight was delayed and got us in a day later! The front desk staff was so amazingly accommodating and pushed back our reservation a day with no extra charge. We changed our arrival pickup from the airport to the water taxi and the driver met us-was there waiting for us as we got off the water taxi. We hadn't eaten all day and he graciously dropped us to pick up food before heading to the hotel-and gave us advice of which restaurants were good in the area. When we arrived to our hotel, we were greeted with kindness! It was my birthday and they decorated the bed and had a nice card welcoming us in for my birthday! Our 2nd to last day there, it rained very heavily and the golf cart that we rented from the resort stalled and wouldn't restart. The agent came right away from the hotel to pick us up and get us safely back to the resort and switch out our golf carts. They responded swiftly and with such kindness. My very last day, I realized I left my iPad in the room and they sent the iPad with the driver who was picking up guests for the shuttle that arrived to the airport after ours! Again they responded quickly and promptly with such graciousness and kindness! I cannot thank these people enough for their professionalism and promptness, their welcoming attitudes and kindness! I will be back! 10/10 resort experience! "

"Close to town, but, in a quiet area. Water, coffee and tea provided. There is a restaurant on the premises. We especially enjoyed the view of the water from the balcony. We would return."

"What a remarkable experience it was staying at The Palms. They provided us with ease from the get go when our flight was cancelled and we missed one day into our vacation. When we arrived, they set the personal touch with a hand written note and delicious coconut bread. The rooms were absolutely pristine with everything you need. The best part of our stay was Marlon, the hotel manager. His kindness, professionalism and thoughtfulness was incredible. We instantly felt welcomed and at home. He was always available with anything we needed and help curate wonderful excursions throughout our stay and even called taxis for us when we didn’t know where to find one. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done to make our stay unforgettable. The Palms picked a great manager for their property. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to our next visit."

"Very professional and helpful staff. It is located within 20 minutes golf cart driving distance from water taxi station. Will have onsite breakfast and restaurant soon. Needs a bug spray due to mosquitoes. Limited parking spots but staff is very helpful to find one close by. Easy check in and check out process with daily room service "
