"Excellent Customer Service and a Memorable Experience Await Although I wasn’t able to stay at Lina Point Belize Overwater Resort due to unforeseen weather conditions, my experience with their customer service was nothing short of outstanding. David, the host, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless process. From the start, he provided clear and detailed instructions for my arrival, including arranging transportation from the airport to the resort. His attentiveness and willingness to assist made me feel confident and well-prepared for my trip. When I had to cancel due to the weather, David demonstrated exceptional kindness with compensation, even though he was under no obligation to do so. His understanding and professionalism truly reflect the high standard of service that Lina Point Resort provides. I am incredibly grateful for David’s support and am even more excited to plan a future trip to experience this beautiful overwater paradise. If their customer care is any indication of what’s to come, I know the stay will be nothing short of amazing. "Nestled in what appears to be a quiet residential neighborhood, this charming property is a true hidden gem. While slightly off the main path, it’s just a pleasant 12-minute walk to vibrant nightlife, a casino, and fantastic restaurants. At first glance, the property resembles a condo building, but once inside, it quickly reveals its unique character. The immaculate grounds set the tone, and checking into our third-floor space was a delightful surprise. The room’s design was both stylish and pristine, showcasing meticulous attention to detail that immediately made us feel at home. One standout touch was the complimentary dessert, a thoughtful and delicious addition that perfectly capped off our arrival. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions, this property is an excellent choice! This is most certainly on my must stay again list."

"Beautiful property loaded with flowers and birds and tucked into a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants and bars and the water taxi all an easy walk. We got in late and walked to dinner and then checked out the park and neighborhood afterward. The residents were very friendly and welcoming of us. Staff was OK. Not much in the way of amenities in the room. Some hand soap, a hair dryer, two drinking glasses, two bottles of water, and a couple of irons. We would’ve liked hot water for tea or coffee maybe a mini fridge or microwave. Very, very clean and well maintained property. We were able to get cups of hot water at the cafe across the street. We enjoyed sipping our coffee from one of the swings on the property while listening to the birds."

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The food and cocktails at the restaurant were great and everyone was helpful. Our stay was shortened by 2 nights because of a storm but the resort was nice enough to refund the nights lost although they didn’t had to. Britney at the desk was in contact with us the whole time to assist with boat, golf cart, tours and any request. She made our stay so much more easier and we are absolutely grateful for everything. The place is gorgeous and peaceful. We would recommend to anyone! "

"I love they arranged airport transportation for guests. They also had a concierge to book tours. The onsite restaurant food was great. Conveniently located near the Belize sign, lighthouse and water taxi terminal."
