"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kimpton Grand Roatan to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel went above and beyond to make the occasion special by surprising us with a complimentary cake and bottle of wine, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. Every interaction, whether with the front desk, concierge, or restaurant teams, showcased their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for their guests. It’s clear they are dedicated to creating a memorable experience for everyone. The hotel itself is stunning, nestled in a breathtakingly beautiful location with a pristine beach and lush surroundings. One of the major advantages of this property is its distance from the cruise ship crowds, allowing for a serene and relaxing atmosphere that feels like a true escape. While the experience was nearly perfect, I did find one minor drawback: the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service to the West End is only available after 6 PM. This limitation can be a bit inconvenient for those who want to explore the vibrant area during the day (and not use the water taxi). Expanding shuttle service hours would certainly enhance the overall experience. Despite this small critique, my stay at the Kimpton Grand Roatan was amazing. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway. "

"The property has easy access and it’s on a main road. Checking was easy and my junior suite was very nice. I got a Cabernet Sauvignon complementary wine bottle. The only thing that I would suggest to the property, is to build a ramp, not only for parents who have small children on a stroller, but also the handicap people."
