"This resort was fantastic. If you are going to Roatan, look no further as far as accommodations are concerned. This place, is clean, luxurious, serene, in THE best location, and extremely welcoming. Truly the ultimate slice of paradise. The staff is second-to-none. We learned of an unexpected death in the family during our stay, and I cannot express how gracious the staff was in assisting us with heading home earlier than expected. I could not have imagined being treated better than we were at the Kimpton Grand Roatan. THANK YOU to everyone who works there!"

"After our first stay we had to come back to the same hotel, so it was good to be back at this great hotel and I actually liked it more the second time. I can't complain about anything, the staff service and food was great, the room was nice and clean. This time the pool was available, i was able to take a look at the city in the night from the rooftop. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking forward to stay in a safe, calmly, comfortable, clean, upgraded hotel. Their free breakfast is way better than the breakfast they offer in most of the 5 start hotels in US, so keep it up. I'm so impressed by the good quality service that i became a member of the Word of Hyatt Hotels so I can enjoy of more benefits on my stays worldwide. "Free breakfast which was very good. Dinner and drinks by the pool were reasonable prices and also very good, not a big food selection. There are lot of restaurants within walking distant. The staff is very nice and will arrange any kinds of activity you want to do or a driver. I would definitely stay here again."

"I love this hotel in Tegucigalpa. Rooms are clean and spacious. Internet is fast. It’s within a small plaza that has many eating options. It’s a short and safe 5-7 min walk to Multiplaza (the main shopping mall in the city). Overall this is my ho-to hotel in Tegucigalpa. "
