"I recently had the pleasure of staying at RIU and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the little details, like the plush bedding, high-quality toiletries, and the stunning view from the balcony. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The pool area was immaculate and relaxing, the fitness center was well-equipped, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options. Breakfast each morning was a highlight — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of choices to suit every palate. The location was perfect, too — close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind at the end of the day. Overall, my experience was nothing short of wonderful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay. I can’t wait to come back!"

"I loved the staff at this hotel. They take care of you like you are family. The resort is clean and you feel safe while there. I didn't like that the steak house was an extra fee and not included in the all inclusive package as stated when we booked the trip. "

"I have stated this resort three times total and absolutely loved it every time. The restaurants are all so good. All of the pools are amazing! But the best part is that it feels like you’re in a rainforest and all the animals. I would also like to add, how amazing the staff is every single person we interacted with was phenomenal. The only thing that I think that could be improved is being able to reserve more than just three restaurants for dinner per stay! "
