It is muddy to walk, and a long way from anything other than the sister hotels. The beach. is rocky and similarly hard to navigate."

"The place is absolute magic, and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was excellent. We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there. "WARNING. This property is NOT in the center of the city in Tulum. I received a message from the hotel through the Expedia app that informed the property was 20 miles away from the city in the middle of nowhere in Tulum. We immediately cancelled and made other arrangements. This is false advertising and misleading, and just shady. "
