"The staff was really friendly and the room was lovely, the bed could have fit 4 grown adults in it and im on the chunky side, so plenty of space, lovely wolk in shower, and no need to worry if you've forgotten your, showe gel/shampoo/condition as they have bottle despensers full in the bath room waiting for you, the parking is gated with a code for safe secure parking up to 1pm even aftr check out so was able to leave the car while we went site seeing and then come back and drive back hom."

"Hotel Milner was perfect for a pre-Christmas break to explore York. Most of the staff were very friendly, our room in the main hotel was charming and breakfast was delicious. The mattress in our room was a little hard but that’s just a personal preference Tastefully decorated for Christmas without being garish or OTT Ideally situated for rail travel as there’s a side door right into the station! Would recommend ✨ "

"As always the Hotel staff are friendly & always on hand, not just the Bar and Restaurant staff, but the Housekeeping team are always around should need your room done or other services. "

"Good value for money. Pretty decent room. Extra points for the tiny fridge. Only negative I found was the shower. Water temperature fluctuated and the showerhead itself was the fixed-on-the-wall kind which I don't prefer for better hygiene."
