"Great location, exit hotel and you're looking at Big Ben. Quick walk to Westminster tube station. Easy walk to Trafalgar Square. Plenty of food spots and shops including a Starbucks and Subway. Plenty of nearby tourist spots nearby. Only negative for me was the bathroom lighting: only overhead lighting and not too bright. So not great when trying to shave while looking into mirror."

"We stayed the weekend at this hotel as a group of friends and partners. 6 of us in total. It’s an older hotel so doesn’t have all the mod cons, but it’s kept clean and tidy and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to other people. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Hyde park and there are plenty of eating and drinking establishments local. "We love this hotel! It was in a convenient location walking to various establishments and tourist sites. It was close to transit. The building had lovely amenities and we enjoyed the bar space with delicious drinks and food. The room service was also very accommodating. The front desk staff was lovely and even upgraded our room due to our recent engagement. Made our stay!"

"Basic but well-thought out and everything felt nice and new. Easy check in. Quiet, felt secure. Free coffee/tea from machines in the lobby. Comfortable bed, everything you need for a short stay. Wouldn't be great for a long stay as the room is small and there's not much storage/wardrobe space, but great for occasional 1 or 2-nighter."

"Good location on Russell Square, walking distance from Kings Cross Station. And a stone's throw from the British Museum. "Snug" room i.e. small. Comedy squeak from the bathroom door (just needs some WD40). Very convenient to where I was working. Would stay again. "

"Clean and efficient. Small frontage to property but reception was efficient and the room although small, was well maintained (it looked very new). Queen bed was against a wall- not ideal if there are two of you but good as a solo traveller. Offered complimentary glass of wine and cheese. Recommended "

"My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your location.While we were able to park at Park Plaza at a cost, we would have preferred parking on your site, we saw first hand that parking is a challenge in that surrounding. The next time we come back to visit I must do my research. Housekeeping was great. Thank you"
